Christmas Charity Luncheon 2026

Our legendary annual Christmas Charity Luncheon. An unforgettable afternoon of festive dining, entertainment and fundraising. FULL EVENT DETAILS: • Date: Friday 4th December 2026 from 11:00am • Venue: Marsham Court Hotel, 3 Russell Cotes Road, East Cliff, Bournemouth BH1 3AB • Start: 11:00am in The Ballroom with pre-lunch drinks • Main event: 12:15pm Christmas Luncheon in The Plantation • Dress code: Lounge suits for men, cocktail dresses for ladies • Please ensure you bring sufficient cash for the games, raffle, and prize draws (typically £10 notes) • Please distribute tickets to your guests and ask them to write their names on them (for the Champagne draw) • Visa facilities will be available on the day also for auction prize payments • The event includes a full Christmas Luncheon with Roast Turkey and all the trimmings • The event and charity auction will be hosted by the fabulous Mike Osman (of TV and Radio fame) • Please advise asap if you require a vegetarian meal (and how many for your table) • A form to pre-order table drinks will be sent out nearer the time and there will also be table service. • Finish: The main event will finish at 5pm • All guests are invited to have a drink at the bar while the The Plantation is setup for the evening entertainment DJ with private bar - all guests invited • Close: 10pm
